These Terms & Conditions govern the use of pest control, disinfection, and housekeeping services provided by Standard Pest Control ("we", "us", "our"), a business operating in Bangalore, Karnataka since 2007, and use of the website standardpestcontrol.co.in. By booking a service, submitting an enquiry, or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Standard Pest Control provides residential and commercial pest management services including but not limited to cockroach control, termite treatment, rodent control, mosquito control, bed bug treatment, ant control, lizard control, flies control, wood borer treatment, disinfection, and annual maintenance contracts (AMC). Exact treatment methods, chemicals used, and service scope will be confirmed with you at the time of booking or during the site inspection.
You may reschedule or cancel a confirmed appointment by contacting us at least a few hours in advance wherever possible. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect priority for future bookings. Any advance payment already collected for a cancelled service will be handled as agreed with our team at the time of booking.
Standard Pest Control stands behind the quality of its treatments. Where a service-specific warranty or free-rework guarantee is offered (communicated at the time of booking), it is subject to the client following the post-treatment care instructions provided by our technicians — including not mopping treated floors within the advised window, not disturbing gel baits, and keeping treated areas undisturbed for the recommended re-entry time. Warranty coverage does not apply to fresh infestations arising from unrelated causes, structural issues, or failure to follow post-treatment guidance.
While we use government-approved, WHO-certified pest control chemicals applied by trained technicians, Standard Pest Control's liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to re-performing the affected treatment or a refund of the amount paid for that specific service, at our discretion. We are not liable for pre-existing property damage, damage caused by improper storage of items in the treatment area, or reactions arising from undisclosed allergies or medical conditions.
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform a scheduled service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, public health restrictions, civil disruption, or technician unavailability due to illness or emergency. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule such appointments promptly.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and the Standard Pest Control name and branding — is the property of Standard Pest Control unless otherwise credited, and may not be copied or reused without permission.
